Chiropractic Acupuncture Health Center believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. We also accept auto accident insurance. 

Insurance

Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident,  personal injury and most health insurance plans, including Medicare. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call your insurance to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

In Network insurance plans are: Blue Cross Blue Shields Alabama, Viva, and Aetna.

Please contact your insurance company for In Network benefits.  Ask your insurance if you have: Deductibles, coinsurance/copays, maximum visits and maximum payouts.

We are non participating with Medicare.  Medicare does not cover a chiropractic exam, x-ray, therapy, or extremity adjustments.  Medicare and CPlus only cover for spinal manipulation.

We do accept Out of Network patients but do not bill out Out of Network claims for the patient.

We do not accept insurance for Acupuncture treatment.  We are Out of Network for this service.

No Insurance

 If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.  The average first visit for Chiropractic care is $164.  This fee may vary based on services performed.

Subsequent visits average from $47-$74 a visit.  Price may vary based on services performed.  Please contact the facility for further questions.

Acupuncture treatments are normally $100 for the first visit and $50 for subsequent visits.
